Our prices

During the low season, high season prices apply on weekends and from December 18, 2026, to January 8, 2027.

Included in the apartment price for our guests: The "mobilcard": unlimited use of South Tyrol's public transport, including the Mendola funicular and the Ritten cable car.

General Terms and Conditions

All prices are per apartment per day. They include accommodation, bed linen, heating, water, gas and electricity, final cleaning (except for stays of less than 5 nights), and all fees and taxes, with the exception of the local tax. The local tax is €2 per day per person aged 14 and over. Children under 3 stay free of charge. You can pay in advance in cash one day before departure or by bank transfer (IBAN IT11W0604558970000000053800 BIC CRBZIT2B015 Name Roland Waid). The apartment is ready for occupancy from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, we ask that you vacate the apartment by 9:30 a.m. Dogs are allowed upon request! Pick-up service from bus or train!

The booking becomes binding upon receipt of the booking confirmation. You can also pay a deposit to secure your booking. This deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.

There is no right of withdrawal within the meaning of the Italian Consumer Code. However, we grant you the right to withdraw under the following cancellation conditions pursuant to Art. 1382 of the Swiss Civil Code:

You can cancel free of charge up to 3 months before arrival. From 3 months to 4 weeks before arrival, we charge 40% of the travel price. Within 1 month and the last  week before arrival, the cancellation fee is 70% of the booking price. Within the last week the cancellation fee is 90%. To save costs, we recommend that you take out holiday insurance. Click here and take out your own holiday insurance. In the event of a no-show or early departure, the full fee for the entire booking period is due.
